Slowly increasing number of home workers
Globally, there is an increasing need for people who will help or advise potential clients. These are mainly people who are in between a client and potential customer. The potential customer has already expressed interest with the organisation beforehand. Sometimes this prospect has already filled in forms about his or her situation.
In many cases, these are services from around €1,500 to around €10,000. Sometimes even above €10,000. This is a high amount and therefore many people want a call to discuss everything. Often this conversation is online and occasionally in private.
The salespeople who help prospects do so from home and around the world. They are entrepreneurs who are not salaried. Because they are allowed to work from home, they have more freedom. This freedom allows them to find homes faster.
What forms of sales are there
The amounts of services just mentioned have to do with high-ticket closing. Sometimes this is also called high-ticket sales or remote sales. Furthermore, if all goes well, there are more designations. High-ticket sales is what you hear the most.
If a product or service is cheaper than €1,500, it is low-ticket sales. As with high-ticket sales, the seller gets a commission on the amount. Usually this is 10%, but sometimes it can go up to around 20%. In addition, some get a bonus.
Telephone sales, telephone acquisition can also be done. This is often salaried. These kinds of jobs can also usually be done from home or from another country. More and more people are doing these kinds of jobs because it means they do not have to depend on an office of the company.
Freedom of location
Freedom of location allows people to live in the area or country they want. As a result, you have more choice of housing and so the housing shortage decreases. Some work temporarily from a hotel or airbnb accommodation. That also makes a difference to the housing shortage

High-ticket sales have been around for at least 5 to 6 years and since the year 2023, it is becoming a bit better known. More and more people are finding out about these kinds of interesting jobs.
