    Let People Work From Home

Let people work from home to build houses in the empty commercial properties. Stop the housing shortage! At most a third or a quarter of your income as rent. This percentage over a job of 40 hours at most. The government/municipality should regulate this.

Raising your voice against workplace restrictions.

Unfortunately, many employers do not cooperate. You are not allowed to work from home, and if at all, you are not allowed to work from another country. We need to stand up to government leaders, employers and governments. If you are not allowed to work from home or from another country, make your voice heard. Protest to your legal aid insurance, the union, the municipality, the government or your employer. Also that governments or municipalities should regulate that homeowners can charge at most one-third of your income as rent. Some people have two or more jobs and even then they barely make ends meet. By default, it is inhumane when people have to work more than 40 hours a week. Therefore, a homeowner should not charge a rent that is more than one-third of income.

For decades, the techniques have been there to work from home. Almost all office jobs can be done from home. Let all these people work from home. The business premises that become empty can be built many houses there. This happens far too little. As a result, there is a high housing shortage in many countries. Another consequence is that more and more people are voting for a right-wing or far-right political party. This results in even more tension in society. With this website I want to wake up as many people as possible.

Working from home has many advantages. You can concentrate better on your work. Many colleagues are bullied at work. With working from home, this problem is less of a problem. You have much more free time, because travel time is also work. It saves you money, because some employers don’t pay all your travel expenses. Fewer people in traffic, so far fewer accidents. That puts less pressure on healthcare. Most accidents happen around 5 p.m. during the day. People are going home from work. They are tired, unwell and they are hungry. Therefore, they are less focused.

You can put on your own music and decide whether to turn on the heating or not. Also how high or low the heating goes. Colds or flu people sit in an office lighting each other up. In many organizations, the air circulation is not good. Employers are much cheaper because they don’t have to rent large expensive buildings. Then they can give their home workers higher salaries.

Living in your dream country will only make you do your job better. So this is a win win. Is better for everybody. Why do you have to keep living in the country where you were born and raised. If you live in your dream country, then you can perform optimally privately and professionally. Remote employers can also control everything and they don’t have to rent a big business building. If you have a partner, discuss your needs as soon as possible. Who knows, maybe your partner is interested in the same country. It’s a waste if you don’t follow your dreams or desires. Life can be over in no time. You should be able to live in the country you want right away.

Why Choose Us

Experienced & Dedication to Clients.

Born and raised in the Netherlands. Lived in Nieuwegein, Utrecht, Mijdrecht and Almere. Now living in Enschede. This is near the German city of Gronau. Within two years I expect to live in Portugal or Spain for good. That could be Portimao or Faro. In Spain, I prefer Alicante.

Completed copywriting course at NHA. Completed WFTs for non-life insurance several times. Done communication training at my employers.

Especially experience in telephone customer service. In my jobs, I have also frequently been an advisor to colleagues or inducted new people. Worked at Schiphol Airport as supervisor of children (UM supervisor) and Passenger Assistant. I have had three companies. The first was an acquisition agency. The second an acquisition agency and copywriting agency. The third as an agent for professional soccer players. This was all from home.

Done many figure and acting assignments in the Netherlands. This was mostly for movies or TV series. I am still available worldwide for temporary or long-term acting, radio DJ or presentation assignments. One of my biggest assignments was as a lookalike of Barack Obama in the Dutch program Man bijt hond. That was 1 day before Obama’s first inauguration as president of America in Nieuwegein (Utrecht). According to many I looked exactly like him. Just look at this website or IG at the photo(s). By the way, it is still like that, but then my hairstyle must be very different.

Played soccer at a high level. Unfortunately not as a professional soccer player. My mentality was not good enough for that and I was too busy with music and school. With music, I played keyboards. Especially keyboards or synthesizers. I was in bands. According to some, I could have reached the highest level as a soccer player or musician. I got that realization later. I love music and soccer, so I listen to as much music as possible every day. I also watch soccer and listen to soccer talk shows.

Been learning Portuguese for years. Mainly by listening to Portuguese-language music or videos. Understanding is easier than talking. I already know many Portuguese words. You then also learn Spanish right away. Understanding German is easy, but talking is harder. I like hiking, biking, listening to music and traveling. In terms of sports, I mostly follow soccer. I live alone, so I have no pets. I have no kids. I don’t have a girlfriend, but I want one (if you are interested send me a message). Lol. I’m serious.

People describe me as active, fit, honest, clear, cheerful, enthusiastic, young at heart, friendly, sociable, warm, beautiful voice, intelligent, creative, a leader, crazy about music and a handsome man.

You can also book me or a colleague for advice. You can do that by phone or in private. For example, municipalities, governments or other organizations. Then I can intercede, for example, to allow as many people as possible to work from home. Booking me as a crisis manager, consultant, actor, presenter, fiduciary for paid soccer players or musicians/bands/artists. For fun is also possible. This can be, for example, an hourly fee or a one-time fee. Initially, I try everything myself. If I can’t do everything myself, I engage a colleague.
